Andy's cast is removed, revealing Ann's iPod and many other items inside. Leslie asks to keep the cast as a symbol of the Park.

At City Hall, the Parks Department has a little party for Andy. Ann and Andy tell the department all about Andys bands rock show. Leslie can't go because her mom set up a dinner meeting for her.
Mark gets a massive speedbump lowered and his depressing nature is revealed.
Ann finds out from the doctor at the hospital she works at that Andy could have had his cast removed two weeks earlier. Instead, he delayed it. She is naturally pissed off.
At Leslie's dinner meeting, she quickly realizes that the old man she's out with thinks it is a date. She steps outside to call her mom, who tells her that she isn't getting any younger! Hah!
At the rock show, Tom brings his wife, Wendy. Wendy is much hotter than Tom and makes way more money as a surgeon. Naturally, everyone is surpried she is married to Tom.
Leslie's sixty-two year old date agrees to go to the rock show with Leslie.
Later at the rock show, Ann is pissed at Andy and just glares at him while he sings. Mark tries to hit on her, but she doesn't respond well.
Leslie and her date arrive just as Andy is finishing his show.
Everyone leaves and Leslie has a drink with Mark. They get drinks to go somehow and head over to the pit.
Ann fights with Andy about his lie. His defense is that he "really really liked it" when Ann served him food. Hah! She kicks him out of her house.
At the pit, Mark tries to sleep with Leslie again, but Leslie turns him down. As he begins to leave, he falls into the pit. Andy sees him and calls for Ann to go help him. As Ann rushes off to help him, Andy walks back inside her house, sits on her sofa, and starts eating her potato chips.

Mark "There used to be this huge speedbump in the center of town. It was insane, so I decided I wanted to do something about it and I got it lowered two inches. Apparently, what I can acheive in government can literally be measured."
Andy "The band has had a few different names over the years. We started, we were Teddy Bear Suicide, but then we changed it to Mouserat. Then we were God Hates Figs, Department of Homeland Obscurity, Flames For Flames, Muscle Confusion, Nothing Rhymes With Orange, then Everything Rhymes With Orange, Punch Face Champions, RadWagon, Puppy Pendulum, Possum Pendulum, Penis Pendulum, Hand Rail Suicide, Angel Snack, Just The Tip, Three Skin, Jet Black Pope. We went back to Mouserat and now we are Scarecrow Boat. God when I hear myself say Scarecrow Boat out loud I kinda hate it."
